Why the Future of Work
is effective:
Tried and tested: Research shows that pupils who hear directly from volunteers about the realities of their work go on to achieve better grades. Young people who have yet to achieve their potential are shown to be particularly motivated.
Hear from the experts: Our network of experts comprises employees of organisations that place sustainability firmly on the agenda and entrepreneurs really making a difference in sustainability. They share their career paths, future directions, answer questions and discuss how their work contributes to a sustainable future. .
Every child matters. Diversity matters. Ambition matters. The Future of Work is important for every child, not just those with existing ambitions or encouraging family members. Often pupils from underrepresented backgrounds aren’t able to access real-time career information. Our live interactive broadcast technology enables every child to understand the roles they can play in creating a fairer, more representative and sustainable world.
